This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains the rules and restrictions that apply when using Menoo.io (“Service”). All users must comply with this AUP to maintain a safe, lawful, and reliable platform.

Violation of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Menoo.io to:

1.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

• Upload or distribute illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Promote or engage in criminal activity
• Violate local, national, or international laws

1.2 Security Violations

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or restrictions
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data without permission

1.3 Misuse of Content

• Publish defamatory, abusive, hateful, or violent material
• Upload copyrighted content without proper rights
• Impersonate any person or business
• Publish sensitive personal data without consent

1.4 Fraud, Spam, and Abuse

• Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing content
• Misrepresent your business or services
• Manipulate payment systems or transactions

2. Proper Use of the Platform

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform for lawful business activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Respect store, menu, and item limits according to your subscription plan

3. Fair Usage

Menoo.io may limit or restrict usage if:

• You exceed typical usage patterns
• Your activity negatively impacts platform performance
• You abuse features or attempt to circumvent limits

We may contact you before taking action if feasible.

4. Third-Party Services

When connecting services such as Stripe or PayPal, you must follow their AUPs as well.

Violations of third-party policies may result in loss of integration privileges.

5. Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this AUP, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend access
• Remove content
• Terminate your account
• Notify law enforcement if required by law

The decision to take action is solely at the discretion of Menoo.io.
